The target is the students to comprehend the width of the Greek language, to apprehend that languages more generally – Greek and English specifically – have common elements, to realize that many works of English language are familiar because their roots are Greek, to be able to comprehend an English text when it contains several Greek words and appreciate their cultural inheritance and their linguistic richness.

The target is the students to realize that human rights are established and that respect of human rights is a universal demand, to be informed about the universal declaration of human rights, to learn about important personalities that have played an important role for human rights, such as Martin Luther King, to locate and learn in English words that are related with human rights, to try to translate a simple English text in Greek, to be familiarized in Greek and as well in English with sign speech, so that when watching a protest march on TV, related to human rights, to be able to read and comprehend the signs.

The target is the students to be sensitized on children’s rights, to learn what is going on in the world and speculate, to learn about the efforts made at a worldwide scale (from artists) in order to help the children to familiarize with English songs, to be able to isolate and comprehend some words in English songs, to be able to translate some verses from Greek into English language.
