“NET-TRAIN: CO-OPERATION AND NETWORK COMPETENCES FOR KEY PERSONS IN ADULT EDUCATION “

 

The Second School Schools of Serres in collaboration with KESYP, within the framework of the participation in a European international cooperation (Grundtvig 1) with title: Net-Train: Cooperation and network competences for key persons in adult education”, will participate in the design and development of pilot programs that will be held in Romania and England from 01.10.2005 till 30.09.2007, aiming eventually to the organization of a seminar that will be offered to applicants of the Grundtvig 3 scholarship in Greece (Serres) and Sweden.

  1. Objective: The main objective is the organization of a series of training courses for the acquisition of working and collaboration skills in network environments, which will be addressed to executives of adult education and professing training.

Furthermore, we aim to sensitize, activate and support the personnel that is involved in adult education in issues related to work in a network environment.

  1. Subjects of training seminars:
  2. Description and understanding of tasks in a network environment.
  3. Search of the potential and the challenges at a personal and institute level.
  4. Handling of conflicts, different cultural attitudes, competitive trends, dealing with conflicting interests
  5. Decision making – negotiation methods among partners
  6. Working via PCs on network issues

 

  1. Place and time of seminars:
  2. 1st pilot seminar (October 2006 in Romania)
  3. 2nd pilot seminar (April 2007 in Great Britain)
  4. 1st seminar (June 2007 Greece / Serres)
  5. 2nd seminar (August 2007 Sweden)

The group that was formed for the materialization of the program consists of:
