1. Construction of a website for the Serres SDE
This project aims to the promotion of the Second Chance Schools of Serres via internet (involved persons, educational material, school operation, activities, events, photos), as well as the optimum familiarization of the students with the use of computers.

2. Alternative energy sources
The project aims to inform the students about alternative energy sources, especially in our days that energy reserves gradually diminish.

3. Preparation of graduation
This project aims, through the preparation for the graduation ceremony that will be held for this first time at Serres SDE in June 2006, to develop the student's skills, related to the organization of relevant events, as well as the spirit of collaboration and sociability, the strengthening of interpersonal relations, as well as the most substantial undertaking of initiatives.

4. Creation of a fictitious company
This project deals with the creation of a company - partnership. The students found, from the beginning, a company and learn how to be financially emancipated. The acquire knowledge and skills in the field of finance and mathematics (income - expenses, invoices, VAT, taxes, loans, etc), from the field of companies and accounting. They are activated in the labor market, they learn about the principles of cooperation and are finally prepared for the undertaking of initiatives and the development of business administration.
Furthermore, it aims to the more substantial connection of school with social reality, as well as the development of the students' enterprising ability after their graduation from school and one of their most basic demands.
